Garden rooms are a great way to create the perfect outdoor space for your home. These small, but standalone structures can be used as an extension or addition on any property without having too much of an impact whatsover!
From your first payment, our garden rooms can take 5 to 6 weeks to manufacture before they are ready to be installed.
We offer a range of additional extras to help make your Garden Room more comfortable and suitable for its intended use. Some of these extras include ground preparation, alternative windows and doors, external cladding, interior painting, higher spec insulation, wastewater connection, toilet connection, higher electrical spec on lights and power points.
Once you have approved the plans for your Garden Room, Fern Lane require a 40% payment upon ordering. 50% is then required upon arrival at your home and the remaining 10% upon completion.
In many cases planning permission is not required for a Garden Room. However, if you are unsure of the permissions in your local area please contact your local authority and they will be able to guide you on whether planning permission is necessary.
Our Garden Rooms are designed to be single-story with 2400MM ceilings, which for most customers is more than enough. However, if you want to increase the height of your garden room this can be arranged.

Absolutely. However, there will be a cost associated as new groundworks will be required at the new location as well as transportation costs.
All of our materials are made with sustainable sources from local providers and our garden rooms are manufactured in our 17,000 sq ft warehouse in Kildare.
